Congrats on the your amazing accomplishment! We were thinking about you and how much you must be loving the amazing tail wind the whole way. We left a bit late that morning but also arrived in St John's that day... although we ended up going 140 km to Torbay to stay at a couch surfers place... a bit more than we had planned to do. We are in town until sunday night, I hope we run into you at some point for a celebratory beverage. I was going to ask you if you knew a good bike shop in Victoria where i could get a quick tune-up before heading off into the Rockies. At the CAHPERD office we are a bunch of Mother Hens (well except for Dean) and we are always concerned for your welfare! Mountains, wind, semi's crashing - Oi!! So looking forward to introducing you to the CAHPERD crew when you get to Ottawa! :) Did I tell you how glad I am that your mom has joined the trip?!?!
